By accessing mytutr.in or booking any tutoring service, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Services Offered
MyTutr provides 1-on-1 online tuition for Class 10 students across CBSE, ICSE, IB, and IGCSE boards. Classes are conducted via Google Meet or Zoom.
2. Free Demo Class
Every new student is entitled to one free 45-minute demo class. The demo class is provided with no obligation to enrol and no payment required.
3. Enrolment and Payment
- Fees are charged monthly in advance
- Payment accepted via UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm) or bank transfer
- No long-term contract — you may discontinue month-to-month
- Fees once paid are non-refundable unless a class was not delivered
4. Rescheduling and Cancellation
- Classes can be rescheduled with minimum 4 hours advance notice via WhatsApp
- Classes are rescheduled, not cancelled — no class is lost
- MyTutr reserves the right to reschedule a class due to tutor unavailability with prior notice
5. Code of Conduct
Students and parents are expected to:
- Be respectful during all sessions
- Join classes on time
- Not record sessions without written permission
6. Intellectual Property
All study materials, notes, and content shared by MyTutr are for personal use only. Redistribution or resale of any content is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
MyTutr provides best-effort tutoring services. We do not guarantee specific exam scores or results, though we are fully committed to helping every student improve.
8. Termination
MyTutr reserves the right to terminate services if a student or parent violates these terms, without refund of the current month’s fee.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved under Indian jurisdiction.
